So for those people I have come up with a handy visual guide to weight loss.
Sitting in a sauna or a steam room reading a newspaper is not going to make you thin or attractive to humans. If it did we’d all be doing it.
Sadly you need to bust your ass doing monotonous, soul destroying cardiovascular exercise. This means things like running, spinning classes, swimming and such like. Not cake.
While I’m on a rant about the gym I wish people wouldn’t take their offspring there. Nothing makes me want to leave quicker than a swimming pool with children fucking about splashing and making general noise. Leave them in kennels and pick them up later. Don’t drag them to interrupt my work out.

I don't know if sitting in a sauna is good body exersize, but it is "cardio". It causes your heart rate to increase as long as you are in the sauna.
So the scientific merit of your comment was what exactly?
